The service
Zovo Meal Planner is a tool provided by Zovo, a brand operated by autom8 LLC for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. Zovo Meal Planner takes the meals for your week and their ingredient lines, scales each recipe to the number of people you cook for, adds up the same ingredient across the week with unit conversion inside one dimension (cups with tablespoons, grams with pounds), and groups the shopping list by store section. You get a printable PDF with the week grid and a checklist, plus CSV and text versions.
